It was very good till the new Company Secretary took over the charge. He made the work environment very toxic and tried to divide and rule with in the team. The personal life and mental health also got affected with in 6 months of his joining. After multiple escalations to management, HR and top management took NO ACTIONS to improve the environment. Because of company has good name in the market employees are getting recruited. Company want to squeeze 100% from employee. Even at my level. Company has given 12 years old desktop not support company routine works. Even it department is not supporting also our superior not speaking a bit about.

Weekly off 2nd and 4th Saturday is only applicable to head office staffs not applicable for site staffs

Other than my team and few people working nothing is good. Bad company Culture. You have to reach company within time, if you reach late by even 1 minute then its half-day, even if you extend for 1hr or 2 hr, its now use. Bad company policies, not employee friendly company. If you are in higher position or know people in company then only you are valued but no value for your work.
