We are risking our lives for this pandemic but our corporation is not so supportive regarding the COVID-19 as being the healthcare provider we should be compensated for taking the risks. As being the one of permanent employee we are having the atleast the job security but the policy regarding the extra compensation and benefits is not good.

No chances of growth and opportunities.

Work Details

When I started my career at this company I was expecting the regular job trainings and hence the growth and new opportunities but this is a stagnant job. I had been given the diverse tasks here and I learned many new things on my own.

Likes

Time to time trainings provided by the government to upgrade the knowledge of there employees. Lot to learn every day, working environment is good, we get funds every year to utilize that funds to upgrade and repair the lab.

Dislikes

Its district level job sometimes i had to face difficulty for leave otherwise overall experience was good. There is lot to learn every day while dealing with patients and wth doctor's to.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look every member of the team working with me and also the duty given to them whether they are performing there duty properly or not. During summer season work load is at its peak because of Dengue and Chikung
