Punjab gramin bank's policies are against employees. While releasing benifits of employees, Bank goes on for enquiries from Punjab National Bank ( sponsored bank), NABARD, and Ministry of finance to linger on the benefits. On other hand if Punjab gramin Bank finds anything against employees Bank issues command ( without further enquiry).

There is work Culture in the bank. The Manager can not survive without work , The manager becomes all rounder by doing various assignments.

Dislikes

There is no place for politics in the bank. Generally most of the employees usually come to home daily.On job training is given to each new employee coming Bank. The Managemnet is quite strict.

Work Details

I have been various assignments in my Bank/ A lot of work is there to learn. I have worked in Head office related to Functional Manager for Investment, administration , Accounts and as independet in- Charge of the Branches of the bank.
