When I was OJT, before 2.5 years the company was running smoothly. The salary was on time, the environment was good. The teammates were very supportive and cheerful. Everything was going good at that time. But it was all for short time.

Dislikes

On the time of promotion, they didn't promote at time. The salaries which was offered at the time of interviews or placement, they were never given. The salary was never on time, it was always late. Incentives, hikes and PF was always on hold. If bychance you got hike or incentive they will delay it and after few months they again ask for target achievement and if you couldn't reach the target for that month, they will cancel your all incentives and hikes. If you request for payslips of enquire about PF they will never tell you anything clearly. Everyone will say ask another HR or person. They never take the responsibility of anything. Management is only for the name.. They does not address the issues. Employees was stucked in the company because they have worked here for long time. And their hikes, incentives and PF are on hold. On relieving, the company never clear the PF. I recommend everyone not to fall for the salary and benefits which they show, only in starting 2-3 months your salary will be given on time after that the situation will be worse....Read More
