There are so many things.... 1)Starting with Director I can say Weird, moody & take a personal revenged on each & every employee. 2)Though team size is small but heavy internal politics. 3)Unnecessary pamper to licker employs & disrespect with loyal & effort taking employee 4)During time exit hold salaries & expenses for 3 to 4 months infarct director avoid to give it back. 5)Not good place for women as no respect for them by management 6)very poor job security & owner based company (No value to employee) 7)Very poor, narrow minded , self obsessed, misogynistic & selfish director...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is given to new joinees.
