Use to be a perfect place to work I gave my 4 years. But due to covid the management took a very bad decision as by terminating only the previous employees and those who joined recently who's Salary was also much higher then our's they are safe and working in hotel. Rest everyone who gave 6 to 7 yr all r terminated as the due to therecent change in culinary director before covid who was from Shangri-La so only the staff of Shangri-La is safe. Seriously now a hell like situation working in Pullman aerocity. The director or management will only think of them self as they have power. Rest no respect for people who are not known to them. I feel sad now I gave my 4 yrs happily to this organisation. And amoung me there are many more who suffered like this in this pandemic.
