Salary raises were low and disrespectful employees and managers were entertained while being called a strict cooperate with expectations of disciplined employees when managers were crossing their line and no disciplinary action were taken against them

Typical family owned business here you always have to struggle to be in good book's of the management. You can get good money only if you are always keep pleasing. One good thing is if you are in good books then sky is the limit for your growth.

HR policy is worst. HR team don't work for any goodwill of the employees. Once you resign you will be treated harshly. Office politics is something you can't avoid. No work life balance you will be frequently receive call even if you on personal leave. Many personal questions asked like do u have BF or GF where does he/she lives?. one of the growing company in India. got to learn only Sap tool.

Here people are working from more than 20-25 years. to old school type of work culture. in the era of storage, they still prefer printing papers and storing it. worked in export department,some people were good and most were worst. you need to sign a bond before joining the office and they might harass you at the end when u try to leave before bond ends
