I joined Vikas Mittal's team and experience was worse nobody is there to support you and by nobody means nobody, they will daily insult you until you feel exhausted and resign from the position they will not let you complete your probation period, they will give you work like you never had and will not tell you the process of it. Work environment is very poor. Management is not at all good as they are also not clear about the things what is going on and what to do in the different scenarios. Work life balance is 0 here.

Team members are not supportive, they hire 3rd party payroll people and can fire all of them. I have seen 7 people are getting layoff. Management treats you like their own servent, team members are more dedicated to gossips rather than work
