Man sitting at reception Mr. Akhilesh is useless. HR team works without work ethics. Can change your agreement anytime without your consent. Your salary can be deducted any time. No one takes accountability for anything. No one cares for visitors, auditors and even guest.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
