Central location. Easy to travel to and fro salary comes on time Political connections easier.

I work in critical care department. My HoD is worst. Selfish man. Just wants to extract work with no academic teaching. Unable to save even basic patients due to arrogance and red tape. Never get patients here as even if younger doctors want to do interventions he just is rigid and unable to do anything.
