He treats employees worse than laborers, creating a hostile and demoralizing work environment. 2.Unrealistic Workload and Unfair Treatment: Expect to be overworked and underappreciated. Even with longhours and dedication, you will be accused of not working and subjected to constant criticism and abuse. 3.Withholding of Salary: When you decide to leave to protect your self-respect, the company may withhold your hard-earned salary, adding financial injury to the emotional distress. 4.Excessive Notice Period: The company has an unreasonably long notice period, even during the probation period (45 days) and an even longer one after (90 days). This makes it difficult to leave, even in the face of abuse. My experience at PSP Projects Ltd. was deeply damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to reconsider.
