It helped me remain in touch with my subject knowledge. I kind of got experienced in teaching. It definitely was constructive in some way or the other.

Too much workout. Not paid as per the work we do. Salary was never given on time. Partiality exists everywhere.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
