I like the behavior of the headmistress of Prudence Pitampura School, She is very cooperative and quite Understanding. I have good work experience over there.

The school offers a conducive work environment for skill development by channelizing the potential of individual for what they can do best. Moreover, the school made sure that even during the pandemic the staff get their salaries, also trainings were provided for teaching the students online.I a

I have a happy learning experience working with this school but if the management could increase the number of leaves and introduce ELs ie Earned Leaves I would feel highly obliged.

Salary is not according to the scale and work pressure. The duplication of work is unappreciable. And the children of teachers should be completely free through out their schooling.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
