The company is open to innovation . I love the fact the I am a part of a team the initial team member. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like employee re-hire policy here. There is a scope for improvement. No job security.... My worst experience.... I was not informed before 1 month and laid off in just 4 to 5 days ..... And did not even offered me any other process.... And evern the personnel backemail me if I give a bad review about the company they will block my profile....this was unacceptable in such corporate.....
