Proventech is good for learning for fresher (if there shouldn't 2–3-hour work deadline) and this new to me to see/know like where this company works most with pharmaceutical industry mostly.
'where North meets South - Hyderabad' like that 'where Pharma meets Tech - ProvenTech'.
In this company have few department like SAP, .NET, LIMS, Python, RPA, MES, CSV, DOCHUB, PMO, Data Analytics and ETC..

Mostly, they recruit fresher candidates with references. This is the main advantage of this company, as it provides opportunities for hidden talents. I am also a referred candidate, and after referencing, it's all about showcasing our talent to stay here. Sometimes, they conduct events that are truly valuable, and the company focuses on pharmaceutical-related clients, creating more opportunities for many. As i mentioned, they primarily recruit fresher candidates, initially as interns for a duration of 3 months. During this period, they pay 6000 per month, which is relatively low for staying in Hyderabad. I will explain why i consider it low. In these three months, there isn't sufficient time provided to learn the necessary skills. Instead, they directly assign tasks from the main project, expecting us to learn while working. If we don't complete daily tasks promptly, they express dissatisfaction, overlooking the fact that as a fresher, it takes time to learn and execute these tasks. unfortunately, they don't allocate enough time for learning or encourage our efforts. they seem to seek experienced talent even from freshers. This is the main issue.
Furthermore, the internship often extends beyond 3 months if the manager doesn't give approval for onboarding. I know some people in my team who completed 3 months of internship, and it's now their 6th month, yet they are still receiving 6000 only. if we bring this up with HR management, they claim they didn't receive any email regarding onboarding or similar matters. While i agree that if we don't contribute during the internship, the 6000 payment might be justified, but many of us work even on weekends to complete tasks. Therefore, there should be appreciation for our efforts and consideration for onboarding.
Even after onboarding, the salary remains relatively low, mostly around 15000 per month after deducting taxes. From my observations, it seems to be the norm. In conclusion, the review is mainly focused in resolving these issues, not degrading the company. This company gave me a chance to get into the IT industry, so I am always grateful for this. Success here depends on your passion for learning and gaining experience, despite the challenges and limitations in the current setup. This is from my .NET department.
