It is like a working as a robot. I was suffering from anxiety so needed somedays to work at home but they said it is not their problem. ALSO, they didn't gave me any money for the days I worked. They are like you get sick or die they don’t care. More like Hitler running a company. They you can do whatever you want , we don't care since there are lot of people they hire. Everything there is no work culture no work life balance you'll get salary on the 6th of the month and its depends on the VP mood. you have to work for saturday also. No work from home. you'll get only one leave in a month, otherwise LOP . 12 total leave, there is no sick leave , if you are sick then you can take work from home No maternity leave for women, there was one women employee she asked for maternity leave they fired her and VP was saying you have to come daily otherwise leave this company. there is no medical insurance for employee you have to sit for 9 hrs continiousy , your manager always be on your head. sometimes he will seat with you.overall experience is too bad. pls don't join. join at you own risk it's a family run zoo vp's are brother HR's are his wife and they are shouting on everyone...Read More
