It is like a working as a robot. I was suffering from anxiety so needed somedays to work at home but they said it is not their problem. ALSO, they didn't gave me any money for the days I worked. They are like you get sick or die they don’t care. More like Hitler running a company. They you can do whatever you want , we don't care since there are lot of people they hire. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
