Working at Protium has been a challenging experience. The company lacks proper work-life balance as promised policies like alternate Saturday offs are not implemented, and leave requests, even for personal or festival occasions, are often denied. The management uses inappropriate language and exerts undue pressure on employees, creating a stressful and toxic environment. Promotions and appraisals seem biased, favoring those who conform rather than recognizing genuine hard work. Additionally, customers face issues like high-interest rates, exorbitant processing fees, and unnecessary insurance charges, which damage trust and the company's reputation. Employees here are expected to sacrifice personal life entirely, which is unsustainable.
