My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I don't like anything while working at Protera Technology. There is nothing to like in Protera. Everything is worst in Protera.

Job security is terrible. They will immediately fire the employee without giving any reason and also they will not give you three months salary as their notice period is three months for either side. This company will spoil your career. No corporate culture. Working in Protera looks like loosing your skills and knowledge. HRs are not cooperative and supportive. Higher management is also not good.
