I would like the company policies and Hr team responds to everyone positively. They encourage us if we want to learn new things related to working for growing.I am extremely happy associated with prospecta. I have a confident on my company will achieve more success in the future.

Dislikes

Sometimes there is a mis communication happens because they didn't understand the requirement, and at last, it will affect the entire team.

Work Details

I am extremely happy to be a part of prospecta and the management decisions. But leads don't give proper time to valuations. So it will affect production.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
