Working in Propharma as a positive work culture and work lif balance Flexible Scheduling reasonable workload, and time for personal life.

Team dynamics as unsupportive or toxic collegues, poor teamwork or collaboration, And Company policies and procedures are also not good.

If u join as a fresher, there are amole opportunities to learn and grow. There is better exposure to the processes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
