Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They have funding problem. 1. Too much salary deduction, They don't follow their own policy. 2. Employees are not aware about HR policy. 3. No upfront travel allowance and reimbursement take months and one have to keep following up for their own money. 4. No PF, Although it is deducted but it not deposited to your PF account. 5.
