It's good company if ur self driven, but no training and motivation in teams of professional and personal growth... Internal politics is heavenly meshed up the genuine lateral telent of this market and job security is almost on Radar as far as culture is concerned it's good and HO is very supportive and passive for market and customers

Internal politics and sales incentive policies are patheticly poor... Ur subordinate will treat u like ur competitor ... From where ur un- satisfaction gets started ... And back biting is very common.
