If you're working as a service engineer you get to visit sites both domestic and international where you explore and learn about machine installation, commissioning and validation process. Job security is one of a matter which you won't tolerate unless you're not serious in your field . Appraisals are given only after 1 year from date of joining (Financial Year) Factory is far from Vasai station. Minor politics is always felt here.

Working as a project engineer we have to make Gantt charts , plan our activities, track purchase order and push critical items. Follow up of boughtout items , Review design and assembly and make corrections if any , give support to onsite service enginees
