No SOPs standard operating procedure Management was worst no words for the senior management they made the organization poor No work ethics no employee values Asking us to leave indirectly by giving extensive travel will ask to travel unnecessarily. Will not recommend anybody to join I had to change my bosses not the organization.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

OLX the name it's self a brand and I proud to work here. I worked in Head branch in Gurgaon for 9 months and their office premises is so beautiful and colleagues over there were helpful and respectful towards everyone. And in April month OLX opened its first branch in South and that too in Hyderabad so I moved to Hyderabad and newplace to me but in same company and my teammates of here very good people. I got my first appraisal after 6months and i have received the "REVENUE KING" title for the month of July I am so proud to receive that award. Learning part in OLX was quite crazy because it's sales job in both Telesales and as well as Fieldsales meeting targets with hardwork was quite interesting in every aspect. And career growth also very good part in OLX and we can present many innovative ideas and solutions which will help others to develop their skills....Read More
