You can learn yourself, Your team leads will helps u learn new concepts.My first team lead was so helpful and taught that helped me to work in a companys project

My academic knowledge was more helpful than colleagues, only few we're working and there were lots of politics, so they were not willing to teach me new concepts. They won't allow each other to teach us. They expected me to work as a experienced though iam a fresher, they didn't provide me honest salary.
