Work culture is very friendly, all the co-workers are very helpful to each other. Managers are also supporting. There is a lot to learn from the CEO and GM sales.

In profic pharma there was an excellent mannerisms from top to bottom. In Lafarge cement plant i was working as social activist in CSR as a Docter. With a NGO therexwas also a good experience .

In pharma there is not any responce in hard working without any gifting. And in Lafarge plant being as a docter there were not any job security after doing excellent service. In clinic and medical we need of bond with time.
