Work culture itself. Provides 100% safety on the work I don't know much because I'm not a Direct employee at here.

Dislikes

No yearly cultural programs, sports and games for the contractor companies. No cafeteria or a healthy toilet especially for ladies.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
