Salary given in 2 installments by keeping 15 days salary in hold. Notice period is 90 days, fnf will be done after 120 days, most imp ur salary will be on hold during notice period. HR has kept office assitance as personal assitance. HR job is to butter boss and polish, HR spent all day in boss cabin, no employee freindly policy, noyearly appraisal policy, no job security, better to open a pan shop instead of joining this company, full of office politics. There are 4 mosquitos who runs the operation like a marwari shop. Accountant, boss, HR manager & Delivery Manager, this 4 people do whatever they wish to with emoloyees, enjoy all personal benefits....Read More
