There has no leaves like casual leave, Earn leave & Gratuity facility. so much pressure in one head.

so much work pressure in one head. compensation is not good and growth is slow. I have to take maximum pressure but at the time of increment not satisfied.

I have to maintain Bills payable, Receivable, BRS , GST Return, TDS Return & also Finalize the Balance sheet. Rest of these many more work I have to do & sometimes it's hectic but I manage all these.
