Company is good but due to some senior staff's especially in sales & HR department,company loose its goodwill in the market.

Working environment, here all management people are local and they don't know the working culture. 99% people are aged above 55yr. Manager are got promoted here itself and they also not have manager quality. Manager will not communicate properly and this company is good but kunigal plant manager anre not good.

Daily allowance & Petrol expense is very low compared to other companies. No other benefits other than this. If you are new to this company and you have added some customers but you will definitely will have bad relations with your customers because you can’t supply material to your customer on time, because of bigger and older Sharks in this company, they prefer large volume and give priority to them. You will have to work in midnight also whenever necessary....Read More
