Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Team mates are good and cooperative, working environment is also good. Most important is travel due to this I can travel many places in odisha. And I learned and came to know about Handlooms and handicraft work and working culture also. Overall I like all the culture and activities of Prione.

Dislikes

Here growth is slow and sometimes due to work load we have to cover our work on Sunday also. And day by day work has increased and pressure also increased. But we have to fulfill our target as per time. But seniors and team mates are supportive so work load became less sometimes.

Actually my work is about Handlooms and handicraft items. To tie up the small sellers to the digital marketing so my work is challenging for me because I have to give training to the sellers and make aware them and convince them about digital marketing.
