We have a good teammates who are super cool, chilling and who're really good supportive in our work. And also this is place where you can learn and update yourself towards the educational field. I hope career growth and job security depends on what we're up to. So if we're organized, balanced with our ideas and multitasking surely appreciation will be there. Coming to the point of salary/appraisal, to be frank they can improve the salary level because the person who is coming and working for a job role like counselor or operation executive will be surely a graduate, so atleast the base level should be moderate. And I hope good pay to correct person will surely make them to give their 100% best on the work. Apart from it this place is very friendly, we can communicate with many students and also we're interacting with them, so we know their level, we can get many new ideas for projecting ourself in to this society. Because each one will come with different ideas and ways for their future and also for the upcoming period. I really love this job only because their is a peace of mind, I don't have any pressure or stress towards my work and also the my team is best part to work with. Everyone have their own problem and concern. But at the end of the day other's ideas/choice towards me doesn't going to bother me. So I'll strongly recommend this place you can work, unless you don't have a own way of ideas.And also the timings're good to work with, so completely I'm enjoying my work place only one slight disappoinment is the pay. You get your freedom to work in your ways unless it harm the image of company. There is no burden on you until you are a sells person.

There is a very less chance of career growth here. Also there is no new learning in the way. After some times I felt saturated here.

They want you to work overtime but without any payment. They literally tell that without any shame. They should know that Under the Indian Penal Codes: Section 370, slavery is Illegal in India. As far as teaching goes, they literally don't need any humans to teach, they want robots who only follows their instructions. I liked the culture of the company. It has academicians in managerial posts hence are in tune with the realities of classroom teaching and the product’s plus and minus points. There is an atmosphere of respect and regard for each other.

Dislikes

I did not like the timings and the working on weekends. Plus as I was working at a new centre there were some months without any work.

Well the company culture is quite awesome to be fair. Just the growth is not much there if you are a trainer. The company is more Sales centered as compared to other companies in the same business

Career growth is really limited. Plus no option for innovation or anything like that. Plus work hours are pretty hectic and compensation is nowhere satisfactory compared to work hours
