The Prince Educaton Hub is open to innovation and readily adopts latest techonology of education. i love the fact that i am a part of prince education hub family.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growht is very slow. The Work Pressure is Very high.

Work Details

Ensuring The Accurancy of Financial documents as well as their compliance with relevant lawas and regulations. preparing and maintaining financial reports. preparing tax return and ensuring that taxes are paid proparly on time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
