This company suit for only Freshers but not for experienced employees.

Dislikes

We don't even call this as a company. No Professional behaviour how to talk and treat the experienced employee. Work culture is very bad. No employee benefits . They don't even care the employees but their work should be finished in time, they expect. This company uses and throw the employee. It is a school of restrictions but no employee benefits and no caring for employees. No Professional behaviour from superiors....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
