This is a mnc company but work is not like mnc it is a regular flow process ,here innovation and new idea about product comes from higher ends so production team has no effect on product design and redesign .For a fresher this is a good place to learn thing only in managing.

The only dislike i think in this company is one will have authority another

It is a great experience in Ahlada engineer Ltd company.the product what we manufacture is very interesting and get good experience for my carrier growth,and the working environment is also good.

Dislikes

Have to improve some basic facilities for workers.like shift wise bushes , good canteen food,water and politely manner security.
