Work life balance, work environment , salary is the worst I have ever seen. Moreover, there is a lot politcs in the form. There is nil work life balance. I used to work for 13-14 hours with minimal compensation.

Dislikes

Teammates do not treat juniors well. I got only 3 days leave when I had caught chikangunia

Work Details

I feel that immense pressure. My immediate senior kept telling me I can't even become an advocate. Now after working for almost 2 years and I feel that was sooo unfair. I am one of the most valuable asset where I am working. All my peers left the firm.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
