It was my first company where I worked at.

I worked there for 3 years and there was no appraisal and we were made to for long hours and was expected to finish a lot of work within very less time. The managers would cleverly nudge us to do more work even when they knew it was more than normal hours. It was as if we had no other choice.

Everything about it. The work culture is bad. They make you stretch for work endlessly and pay you nothing. Management is the worst I have ever seen. Managers don't have an idea about what they are doing. There is no communication between different departments. On top of it all, they throw you out one fine morning without even giving you a notice!

It's really a great company to work with good pay scale. The environment is friendly. Good place to start your career if you have a sound knowledge in English.

Growth is slow and again if you wish to stay for a longer period then it's fine. I started my career with pft but I found that the work is a bit monotonous.

Initially it was cool but gradually it became frustrating.

Dislikes

Worst management ever, starting from managerial level to team leads, all are a bunch of idiots and hypocrites. Quality never gets rewarded. No appraisal, no extra facilities. People here are only to flatter their manager and team leads. My advice would be, you are good in buttering and flattering then only you dare to join this organization.
