It's really a great company to work with good pay scale. The environment is friendly. Good place to start your career if you have a sound knowledge in English.

Growth is slow and again if you wish to stay for a longer period then it's fine. I started my career with pft but I found that the work is a bit monotonous.

Initially it was cool but gradually it became frustrating.

Worst management ever, starting from managerial level to team leads, all are a bunch of idiots and hypocrites. Quality never gets rewarded. No appraisal, no extra facilities. People here are only to flatter their manager and team leads. My advice would be, you are good in buttering and flattering then only you dare to join this organization.

Working there was basically good and you cannot complain about the work pressure as the daily target is usually reasonable (depends on the process though) ! Working environment is basically good. About salary, its not the best in the industry but can't complain either. Good company to start as a fresher and also if you're looking to work for a year or two.

Dislikes

They may offer contractual work, hence, no job security. Less appraisals and no growth so can't stick there for long even if you are a permanent employee.
