Working there was basically good and you cannot complain about the work pressure as the daily target is usually reasonable (depends on the process though) ! Working environment is basically good. About salary, its not the best in the industry but can't complain either. Good company to start as a fresher and also if you're looking towork for a year or two....Read More

They may offer contractual work, hence, no job security. Less appraisals and no growth so can't stick there for long even if you are a permanent employee.

The code of conduct by co-workers are really good, PFT gives you a work life balance.

Dislikes

Growth wise it really gives you a slow pace with a doubt on job security.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
