Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Only engineers and below grades will work. Manager will come sit and go. But they say like they only have completed all the projects and only they will take the credits. If joining in pricol join as asst.manager or above.

No job security and no work life balance in the satelite plants. Leadership is terrible in the satellite plants and no top management is not bother about the satellite plants employees life at the plants. Satellite plants are running with staff shortage and available staffs are handling multiple functions.
