Extra load every employee. Written working 8 hours. And actually all employees working on 12 hours. Company not exta pay in overtime hours, pay only basic salary in overtime.

In this organization working pressure is more than more. I have to work 15-20 hrs in each and every 2 or 3 days interval ,due to absence of reliever... There is no reliever for night shift...otherwise company profile is very good.
