1. Slow Growth / Taking undue advantage of Employees. 2. Not a free work place ( Mental Stress), too much restrictions to talk team members and Colleagues related to work. 3. During working hours he will ask engaging you in his personal works and after working hours will make pressure to complete pending work of office.Engaging 24*7, no personal life. 4.
