Employer’s Response

1. We would like to clarify that the concerned employee (Mr. NS) was employed with us for a brief period, during which his performance and consistency was not found to be adequate. With too many leaves, after multiple warnings, the management had no option but to let him go. He had not even completed his probation period satisfactorily and subsequently, no notice was required. 2. We have checked our records and there has been no delay in salaries and expenses of the employee. In 2017, we processed salaries between 1st and 7th of the month - and we never missed our deadline. Today, we process payroll by the 1st of the month. 3. It is also disturbing to note that the concerned employee has an issue with meeting with his own manager at the office.
