Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The school management treat their teachers so bad. Neither security for your job nor enough growth for employees. Had issues with salary date(never fixed and mostly it goes month end). Doing a good is sane for employees. Worst food quality in mess.

Dislikes

Salary issue. Behaviour of Management towards teachers. Mess food. Teachers who don't have work left or already done all the requirements have to wait after for school for no reason. Even the meeting where the teacher is not required, have to be thr part of it.
