It's a good company with lot of opportunity to grow and learn the cutting edge technologies. work life balance, company culture ,perks, appraisals are good things about Preqin.

Promotions at higher levels are difficult. Job security is less.

Promoted 33% workforce at a time as no brainer. Good Package but risk associated.

Dislikes

Layoff more than 40% of workforce at a time. Poor Planning. Unskilled CTO, Engineering Managers. No Learning.

Only compensation is good rest everything is bad.

The work is not good and on top of that you will get lot of time to complete a basic task. Eventually you will feel bored but you do get lot of time to spend with family.
