Likes

Work environment is good and the teammates are supportive. It is a great start up company to work for. Appraisals are decent enough and leaves are more than enough.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything but there can sure be improvements made such as introducing Leisure time activities such Table Tennis to increase team building and to take ones mind off of things.

Work Details

Work life is pleasant at Prepladder. I got to learn a lot as I got numerous opportunities to work on new tech. and platforms.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
