People who work here, they work to save their job only not to grow business. No sales incentives No Diwali bonus No work lufe balance Get call from manager from 7 AM and 12 m8d night, even on public holiday and Sundays.

Salary structure of company is a very worst... I am blaming here only a compny management.. I respects my company but management is a poor I am diploma mechanical engineer &I am working here from past 10 yrs. Company has no ethics . During corona time company didn't provide our LTA amount . After some days company higher management was busy doing parties and mujra in abroad . Management ka niyaat hi kharab hai .

money is everything in today's life & life has no meaning if you don't get paid well by working. The work is not properly remunerated, pay proper attention to worker's health, there is no work life balance, it is not right to give more salary & position to junior people than senior.
