Good place for fresher who want to explore media services side of the Entertainment industry. Not a place for seasoned professionals. They make you start from scratch and all the years of experience that you have got, just throw it in the bin before you enter this place.

Dislikes

Management is in tatters, you will have the worst kind of review and appraisal where you will end up being compared with a non-performer. They don't provide a good health insurance, with only coverage of about 2L to 3L. Only your spouse and children are covered but no provision to club your parents. They don't provide cab service, one meal is given free that would be the lunch buffet. If you start showing that you work good they will load you with every possible stuff without proper training. You show them you are a work horse, they will give you peanuts and make you work like a donkey....Read More
