Work Environment is good, No oversitting work, Low work presser, yearly 10% increment on time, accommodation facility.

Dislikes

Yearly bonus only Rs.8,400 fixed amount to all staffs, Basic salary very low% on CTC, that was affecting in our gratuity amount. Little bit politics. other wise a very good company for freshers & learners.

I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
